We all cook, me, Melanie, I am more the free styler and go by the what-needs-using-up-first rule. However I do love eating and taste is not to be compromised by necessity 😉
I also am the bread baker and cheese maker and preserver of foods. I know how to make tofu, seitan and other alternative things…..And I d love to learn growing mushrooms and making tempeh and fermenting rice etc. It will happen 🙂
I m also an anonymous cake and chocolate addict and I do not hope for recovery 😉
Jens is more the Spicy king around here and I always have to drag him away from the spice seller on the big market in Miranda so he wont spend our monthly food budget on spices. However I do agree simple cooking can go a long way when adding a rich variety of spices. I love his cooking.
Lisa, is our cup cake queen and will also be sharing her recipes with you. She is very sweet and flexible, whether she is making vegan cakes or sugar or gluten free, she goes for any challenge! And yes she has a sweet tooth 😉 too.
